Mentoring programmes for early career researchers
Starting out as a researcher is a complex undertaking. Ruhr University Bochum is happy to advise early career researchers on all aspects of their career development. Early career researchers are given the opportunity to ask pertinent questions and receive relevant answers in individual interviews. The mentoring programme guides them step by step into the wide world of science and research.

Target group: female researchers at doctoral and postdoctoral level
Early career female researchers from all disciplines in the University Alliance Ruhr are welcome to apply for Mentoring³. This programme consists of a one-to-one mentoring, workshops and networking events. Programme lines for doctoral or postdoctoral female researchers alternate each year.
