Think Tank Diversity

The think tank assists the Vice Rector for Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Development with regard to thematic and strategic issues.

Duties

  • Advising the Vice Rector on the central diversity strategy
  • Developing goals and concepts while considering plural perspectives
  • Collecting ideas and impulses in order to better promote diversity and to develop specific measures for talent development

Members

The think tank members were selected across all status groups with reference to the various areas of activity of the Vice Rectorate. In addition to academic experts, the think tank also includes individuals who have themselves been affected by discriminatory practices, members of the Equal Opportunities Commission and experts from the university administration.

The think tank meetings are usually held three times per semester and are not open to the public.
