Objectives and strategy
Students get inspired and motivated through outstanding teaching. In order to enable them to gain as much as possible from their degree course, teaching at RUB follows clearly defined objectives and a precise strategy.
In 2010, teachers and students at RUB jointly created the principle "Learning, Performance, Community", based on which the future-oriented concept "Experiencing, learning, living research" was developed. In accordance with these ideas, teachers and their students jointly assume responsibility for successful teaching.
Digitalisation strategy in teaching
The rectorate and faculties have jointly developed a sustainable digitization strategy for teaching. This includes measures in the areas of digital competencies and teaching-learning scenarios, evaluation, internationalization, inclusion, and infrastructure.
